Hello, my name is Sulli Sullivan. I am a 4-year-old handsome goldendoodle. I have been participating in Hot Shot Dog Sports since I was a little over 1 year old. I started out in Barn Hunt, and it seems I have been gifted with an incredible nose for finding rats. I learned to go through tunnels and climb on haybales. I practice at home finding treats my mom hides around the house and climbing on every rock on our hikes in the woods. To keep me busy my mom and I tried agility training. I wasn’t sure at first but quickly found I love it. My favorite obstacles are tunnels and table. I admit I get nervous on the teetertotter, but Dawn is so patient with me and I am getting braver every day. My little brother is going to start agility soon.
I'm Moxie. I am a cute Border Terrier related to Gaia. From the moment mom took me to Hot Shot Dog Sports and I got to see the big field, with all the agility obstacles, I knew my dream had come true! I started my agility training and had so much fun that I would bark and carry on the moment we got close to the ranch! I love doing all the obstacles, but Dawn our trainer says my teeter performance is great! I also, do Barn Hunt and it is a blast hunting for rats! No rat can escape my sense of smell!
My name is Gaia. I am a cute, sassy, Border Terrier that participates in AKC conformation shows and has won many titles for my good looks and structure! Mom started me in dog agility and also Barn Hunt at Hot Shot Dog Sports! Agility is a lot of fun, but I really like hunting for rats too!
Hi, I'm Sven. I'm a handsome Lapponian Herder! I'm an easy going, goofy guy whose motto is, "Work smarter, not harder." When mom signed me up for Agility she didn't think I would like it very much, but boy, do I LOVE IT! I love learning new obstacles and running different courses. Weaves are my favorite! I can't wait to enter some competitions soon! A handsome guy like me, is sure to get attention!
I'm Eira. I am a Lapponian Herder who is all business, all the time. I take my job very seriously. I've mastered scent work and tracking and am working toward Barn Hunt titles. I also, love running and learning Agility! I like to bark while running a course to tell dad that he's not moving fast enough! I love climbing obstacles and doing the Teeter. Coach Dawn says I am picking up everything quickly! I love being challenged with new and complex tasks!
Rowdy, is my name. I used to be a show dog and got lots of baths and so much brushing! Now, I go to the Hot Shot Dog Sports training facility and run, run, run through Tunnels and over A Frames, Dog Walks and Teeters. Jumping is like flying! Figuring out which way to go next is fun... I never knew I was so smart! But sometimes, I still have to get a bath...
Hi, my name is Sophie. I am 6 years old and I love doing Agility. I get so excited when Mom and I go to Dawn's Agility class. Coach Dawn had taught me how to do all the obstacles. The Hot Shot Dog Sports facility is big and beautiful! I am doing pretty good on the teeter, but my favorites are the tunnel and the jumps. I am very fast.
Hi, my name is Kenzie, aka “K girl”. I’m young, sassy and totally hooked on agility thanks to Coach Dawn! She’s taught me a bunch of cool obstacles like the tire, tunnels, jumps, and weaves. I even tried this thing called a “teeter”! I can’t wait to come back every week and learn new stuff! I’d love to be good enough someday to compete with my mom!
Hi, I’m Pete! I’m a border collie rescue and former working cattle dog. I still have some sneaky fast speed, so mom brought me to Hot Shot Dog Sports to try Agility. Dawn is so fun to learn from and even called me a “sleeper”. Everything is so new, but she says I catch on quick! The tunnels and jumps are my favorite. Update: I am now competing in Dog Agility events and having a blast!
Gus - I am cute, smart and really good at distance handling in agility. I do agility and Barn Hunt! I always know when we turn the corner and are getting close to the Hot Shot Dog Sports training field... I howl and bark and get so excited because I know we are going to run in agility or Barn Hunt! Either one is fine with me...
Pete - I am fast, smart and good looking! I love to do agility and Barn Hunt! I get so excited when I know we are close to the agility field... I bark and let my Mom and Dad know when to stop the car. I love to do agility anywhere at any time! People always tell me how cute I am...
I’m Pip the Pap. Dawn’s agility place is so much fun. It’s SOOO BIG! I run and run and run until my little legs can’t take me any farther and there’s still more room to run. Then after I get a drink I get to run some more, jump, and fly. My favorite are the teeter and the table because I always find treats on them. Treats are good but running is better. Catch Me if You Can is the best game ever because I like to run so I think I’ll be good at agility some day. Catch ya all later. Gotta run.
Twill - I do both Agility and Barn Hunt. I love running anywhere and anytime... I am new to agility and Barn Hunt, but am catching on fast. Dawn says I am a quick learner and lovable as well...
Tikka - I can't contain my excitement when we get close to the Hot Shot Training field. I have to give my mom an ear full and do my happy dance! My favorite obstacles are tunnels and my mom finally learned that I'm goofy and like left turns and off side weaves! Leashes are silly and running agility is the way to go!
I'm Cinnabon. My dream has come true! I am a rat hunter! With the help from Dawn at Hot Shot Dog Sports, my mom and I make a great rat hunting team! I even check tunnels and climb. I'm Rocket Man! I am handsome and lovable... Don't let this good looking face fool you... I am clever and know just how to get what I want when it comes to my toys. I love agility and I am getting better at it every day!
My name is Lacy. I love agility training with my mom at Hot Shot Dog Sports. When my mom gets out her black agility bag, I get very excited because I know we are headed out to train in agility! I love to run, jump and climb on all the agility obstacles. Agility is a lot of FUN!
Nugget - Agility is my thing! I am focused, fast and powerful! Dawn is my mom and together we have competed several times at the National level and were Top 10 in the USDAA Cynosport World Games on multiple occasions! We also competed at the AKC Dog Agility Nationals, boy was that fun! I have won several "High in Class" awards for my speed! I will do agility anywhere, any day and any time!
Boom - "Boom is in the House"! I'm handsome, fast, extremely intelligent and ready to work! I do agility AND Barn Hunt! There really isn't anything I can't do... All the ladies love me... come watch me run in agility or find rats, you will be impressed!
Skid - I'm photogenic and everyone says I'm handsome! People often want to take my picture and make a fuss over me... I will pose for the camera. I do both Agility and Barn Hunt! I love Agility and have become quite good at it! I am a thinker and very accurate! I also love Barn Hunt too... no rat can hide from my keen sense of smell...
Dig-It - I love running in agility. I am a great jumper and often get compliments on my skills! I rarely knock a bar and Dawn loves me because she doesn't have to set bars!
